About Northgate
I started Northgate in 2011 with one used flatbed and a phone that never left my pocket. There are three trucks now and four of us, and the phone still never leaves anyone's pocket.
Most of the people who call us are having a bad day. The job is to make the next hour of it go smoothly: answer fast, say what it costs, turn up when we said we would.

From the roadside

Do you take my roadside plan?
Most of them — AAA, the plans that come with insurance, and the ones from car makers. Tell dispatch which one and we'll say yes or no straight away.
How much is a tow?
A local tow starts at $95 and goes by the mile after the first five. You'll hear the number before a truck leaves, and it doesn't change when the truck arrives.
I'm on the highway. What do I do while I wait?
Stay in the car with your belt on and your hazards going, unless you smell fuel or are in a live lane. Tell dispatch which exit you passed. We'll text when we're close so you know it's us.
